Socks

I am amazed with the longevity of the socks I am currently wearing, which on a side note, are also wet thanks to the lovely weather and shitty shoes.
I bought these things from the Chinese market in Budapest in Dec 2004 for 500 forints, $2.50 for five pairs. They are thin and seem quite flimsy and I did not expect them to last long. One pair finally started to show signs of wear only towards the end of the summer. Some pairs are still in great condition.
Unbelievable.
